In the Spring, our Lodge participates in the setting up of Gorham Scout Ranch. Thus, there are many work projects scheduled and accomplished during the weekend. In addition, Ordeal Ceremonies, Brotherhood Ceremonies, and Vigil Honor Call-Outs and Ceremonies are also held. New Lodge Officers are elected at the Spring Conclave.

Over this weekend, we also induct new members into the Lodge and the Order of the Arrow.  Newly elected candidates participate in the Ordeal induction program and ceremony.
